Shipping Policy

PAXI shipping. 7-9 days delivery. Collect from your nearest PEP store. SHIPPING POLICY 1. Costs of Delivering the Items 1.1 All prices of the items posted on the website are exclusive of delivery costs. 1.2 Delivery costs will be stated separately when settling the order and may vary daily and for each order. 2. Delivery and Delivery Period 2.1 BRANDSATAFRKA shall endeavour to supply the items ordered to the delivery address OR through the PEP store PAXI delivery service within 5 - 10 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of the order confirmation and the required receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. Prior to delivering an order, the customer may be contacted to verify the correctness of the order. This may cause some delay in delivery. When registering, customers must state a valid telephone number on which they can be reached during the day (such as their number at work or a mobile phone number), so that the delay, if any, will be as short as possible. 2.2 BRANDSATAFRKA shall arrange delivery by post or dispatch orders in any other way, at BRANDSATAFRKA's sole discretion. Orders will not be sent to a PO Box address. Note that a signature will be required for receipt of all residential deliveries. 2.3 BRANDSATAFRKA may dispatch the delivery in parts, however, any extra costs for such additional deliveries will be borne by BRANDSATAFRKA unless otherwise stated. 2.4 BRANDSATAFRKA uses third-party couriers to deliver goods. A valid proof of delivery or courier run-sheet will be conclusive proof that the parcel was delivered to the address provided on the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. 2.5 Addresses may be amended on a customer’s My Orders page. In the event that no amendment is possible from this page, the goods may already be in transit and an address change may not be possible. Address changes after goods have already been processed may incur additional shipping charges. 2.6 The onus is on the Customer to inform BRANDSATAFRKA if an order or part of an order is undelivered within 30 calendar days from the date of sale. BRANDSATAFRKA will not entertain any claim for undelivered items outside of 30 calendar days from the date of sale where a valid dispatch reflects against the order. 2.7 BRANDSATAFRKA cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from a delayed delivery due to circumstances out of the company's control. 2.8 Where a person has given permission to have something delivered/collected to/from a 3rd party location such as a reception area or security annexe, this delivery/collection will be deemed to have been fulfilled where said package has been signed for. With PAXI you get to receive your parcel when it suits you, with more than 2500 PAXI points located at any PEP, PEP home, PEP cell and Shoe City stores. Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY We at BRANDSATAFRKA pride ourselves in providing products that will ensure you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it, or credit your account, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from BRANDSATAFRKA website or from Third Party Sellers. This Policy forms part of the BRANDSATAFRKA Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy and, so words defined in the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way. 1. Preparing your products for a return To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products; a. Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit; b. Send a WhatsApp communication by sending the SMS that will have been received from PAXI. Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether. 1.1 Unwanted products You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided: 1.1.1 It is undamaged, unused and not washed; 1.1.2 It is not missing any attached labels on the product; 1.1.3 you log a return on the Website within 30 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. 1.2 Changed your mind? Where you have changed your mind and would like a credit for a product, you can return it – provided the product is not: i. A product which has been personalised for you or made to your specifications; or ii. We request that you return the product to your nearest PEP store to PEP store Brentwood Kempton Park at your own cost, which the delivery fee will be credited upon collection of the product and purchase prise after an assessment of the returned product is completed within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). 2. Want to exchange? Our products can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. If such variation is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return. 3. Not what you ordered? If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website (including third party), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). 4. Products damaged on delivery Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if such replacement is possible / we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). 5. Defective products We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good condition without defects. What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section 3: i. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear; ii. Standard Warranty If you have received a product which turns out to be torn or of poor quality, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the tear or poor quality, but in any event within 6 months after delivery / collection of the product. You can do so by logging a return on the Third-party Website or our website, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice replace the product (if such we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). If the replacement takes longer than 21 days, we will get in touch with you to see if you would rather receive a credit / refund. 7. Charges and refunds If you return a damaged not logged and declared as damaged product to us, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse the return, or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing items in the case of multiple product return and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.
